Court Case - Rent (tenant/owner) control

Our associates who are practicing in different state of India and well knew the local Rental laws, Rental tax, Tenancy Agreement, License Agreement, Rental Agreement etc of state. Rental control laws have been passed by each of the Indian state governments to prevent landlords from overcharging tenants and to protect tenants from sudden or unfair eviction. Landlords may usually use a 30-Day or 60-Day Notice to vacate to end a month-to-month tenancy when the tenant has not done anything wrong. Many rent control cities, however, do not allow this; they require the landlord to prove a legally recognized reason for eviction ("just cause") of tenants.
